The STS 6000 | 7000 P-35 is a passive fuel maintenance system that removes water, sludge, and other contaminants from fuel storage tanks through routine passive filtration. The system’s NEMA rated enclosure allows for both outdoor and indoor installations by protecting the system from falling rain, sleet, snow, and external ice formation. With a max flow rate of 30 GPM, the STS 6000 | 7000 P-35 can polish up to 14,400 gallons (54,500 liters) of fuel in a runtime of 8-hours. Robust system upgrade options are available for this system and are outlined below.
Establish a runtime schedule in tandem with an external pump for passive routine filtration
Automatic system shutdown with notifications of needed maintenance or system faults
Available system integration with external monitoring systems for observation of system statuses
Protects system components from falling rain, sleet, snow, and external ice formation
Modify runtime schedules and system settings with an intuitive user interface
Gain additional protection against falling dirt, windblown dust, splashing water, and hose-directed water
Gain additional protection against corrosion with a stainless steel enclosure
Prevent the build up of condensation inside the system enclosure due to temperature changes
Automatically drain water separator of collected water for decreased frequency of maintenance
Replace standard pressure switch for detailed monitoring of pressure levels in the system
Control fuel flow rate within the system
* Only available on the 7000 series system. System upgrade may also be required for certain option combinations.
