FTSD 2005

DEF Transfer System

Automatically transfer diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) between the source and demanding tank with a redundant dual pump design that features stainless steel plumbing and a NEMA 3R rated enclosure.

Redundant Dual Pump Configuration

With a dual pump configuration, the FTSD 2005 extends the life of its pumps through alternating use while also providing a fail-safe redundancy for continued system function in the unlikely failure of a single pump.

Pump Suction Basket Stainer(s)

All DEF transfer systems include a pump suction basket strainer(s), to protect the pump from particulates that may have made their way into the fluid. This ensures the internal pump components are kept safe from critical damage.

Smart System Alarms & BMS Integration*

AXI's diesel exhaust fluid transfer systems include smart system alarms to give equipment operators insight on various statuses relating to the DEF transfer system. The FTSD also support field connections for remote monitoring and shutdown.

NEMA 3R Rated System Enclosures

Each AXI diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) transfer system is enclosed within a NEMA 3R rated stainless steel cabinet. Our cabinets include leak detection alarms to alert users in the unlikely event of a fluid leak, and a drip basin to contain fluids from any spills.

Automated Port Shutoff (Overfill Protection)

AXI's diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) fill port systems feature overfill protection through automated port shutoff. When the sensor in the DEF storage tank reads a critical high level, the system automatically closes the valve to prevent the tank from overfilling.
